Refund Policy
Our Commitment
At Muntalaq, our goal is to provide timely and impactful advising sessions. We understand that sometimes, plans change. This policy outlines the process for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds in a way that is fair to our clients and respects the dedicated time of our advisors.
How to Cancel or Reschedule a Session
All requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted via email to muntalaq.ae@gmail.com. Please include the student's full name and the date and time of the scheduled session in your email.
Full Refunds (The 24-Hour Rule)
To receive a full refund for your session, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours before your session's scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours' notice)
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice from the scheduled session time are not eligible for a refund.

Why? Our advisors dedicate their time specifically for your session, preparing in advance. A last-minute cancellation prevents another student from being able to use that time slot.
Rescheduling a Session

With 24 hours' notice or more: You may reschedule your session free of charge. Your new session time will be subject to the advisor's availability.

With less than 24 hours' notice: Rescheduling is not permitted. The session will be treated as a late cancellation, and the fee will be forfeited.
"No-Shows"
If you do not join your scheduled online session within 15 minutes of the start time without any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show."

Sessions for "no-shows" are not eligible for a refund or credit, and the full session fee will be charged.
Service Dissatisfaction
Our fees compensate our advisors for their time, expertise, and the professional advice provided during a session. As such, fees for sessions that have already been completed are non-refundable.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us at muntalaq.ae@gmail.com within 48 hours of your session's completion. We are committed to your success and will work with you to address your concerns.
Cancellations by Muntalaq
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session due to an unforeseen circumstance (such as advisor illness or a technical emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible.

You will be offered the choice of either a full refund or rescheduling the session at the next convenient time for you.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., the credit card used for the booking). Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
