Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to Muntalaq ("we," "us," "our"). We provide online academic and career advising services ("Services"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our Services.

By booking a session, making a payment, or otherwise using our Services, you, the client ("you," "Client"), agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
Scope of Services
Our Services include one-on-one online coaching and advising related to learning styles, career personality, university applications, CV preparation, and other academic and career-related topics.

Important Disclaimer: The Services are strictly educational and advisory in nature. We do not provide psychological, therapeutic, or mental health counseling. Our advisors are not licensed therapists. If you require such support, you must seek assistance from a qualified medical professional.
Eligibility and Parental Consent
You must be at least 18 years old to book a Service. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our Services with the consent or involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Bookings, Payments, and Fees

All fees for Services are listed on our website in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Payment must be made in full and in advance through our online booking system to confirm your session.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but fee changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellation: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without a penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to the advisor's availability.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show," and the session fee will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.
Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process and in your sessions.

Attend sessions on time. Late arrival may result in a shorter session.

Engage in a respectful and collaborative manner with our advisors.

Refrain from any unlawful, harassing, or disruptive behavior.
Session Recordings

By Client: You are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, screen-shotting, or otherwise capturing any part of any session in any format (audio or video). This is to protect the privacy of our advisors and the integrity of our proprietary methods.

By Muntalaq: For the sole purpose of internal quality assurance and training, we may record sessions. These recordings are confidential and are managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and all materials, methods, advice, and techniques provided during our sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of Muntalaq. These materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without our express written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: Our Services are designed to provide guidance, support, and professional advice. Muntalaq does not warrant or guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to university admission, job placement, specific grades, or any other personal or professional success.

Client's Own Risk: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on the advice and information provided during our sessions.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muntalaq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific Service in question.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any Client at our discretion, particularly if a Client breaches these Terms, engages in disrespectful behavior, or provides false information.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
